Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. boneless pork loin
- 3 T Hoison sauce
- 3 T ketchup
- 1/2 t 5-spice seasoning
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced

Preparation
Step 1
Put meat on heavy aluminum foil and spread well w/sauce. Allow to marinade well overnight. Open foil and cook @ 325 for 1 1/2 hrs. or more. Cool and serve w/ketchup, hot mustard and sesame seeds after slicing in thin strips.
