Ingredients
- 4 - 5 oz pieces salmon fillet
- 1 T. Thai red curry paste
- 1 T. canola oil
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt & fresh ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler. Place salmon on foil lined - broiler proof baking sheet. In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Brush salmon w/curry paste mixture, dividing evenly. Broil until salmon is opaque throughout, 5-7 minutes.
