Broccoli Ham Ring

Ingredients
- 4 oz. *Drier'* ham, chopped
- 1/4 lb. broccoli, choppped
- 1/4 C. onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 1/2 C. shredded Fontina or Longhorn cheese
- 2 T. *Drier's* mustard
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Coarsely chop ham,broccoli and onion; place in bowl, snip parsley and add parsley,cheese,mustard and lemon juice to ham mixture; mix well.
To assemble ring, unroll crescent dough; separate in 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on parchment covered cookie sheet or stone with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and pionts toward the outside.there should be a 5 inch diameter opening in center.Scoop ham mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangles. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring.(Filling will not be completely covered) Bake 25-30 min. or until deep golden brown. Cut into 8 servings.
