- 6 oz. Skyy Infusions
- Pineapple Vodka
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 2 oz. amaretto
- 4 oz. sour mix
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 4 oz. coconut milk
- 8 dashes bitters
- 4 cups large Ice cubes
- Coconut and pineapple
- slices (for garnish)

Blend until smooth. Garnish with
