  • Chicken or veal cutlets
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dip cutlets in flour, then egg and lastly bread crumbs
2. Heat oil and fry in batches, 4 minutes on each side
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
4. Put layer of sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Place single layer of cutlets and more sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and grated cheese
5. Cover with foil and bake until bubbly, 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 2 more minutes
