Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp dry mustard or 1/2 tsp regular mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbs mayo

Mix all ingredients.
Make into crab cakes.
Fry on medium heat.
