Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp dry mustard or 1/2 tsp regular mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 tbs mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Make into crab cakes.
Fry on medium heat.
