Bobs Sausage Bread

Ingredients

• 2 lbs mild italian sausage
• 4 eggs
• 4 c mozzarella cheese shredded (1lb)
• 1/2 c parmesan cheese freshly grated (.20oz)
• 1 t oregano
• 1 t garlic salt
• 3 pkg crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage and crumble. Drain and set aside. Lightly beat 3 eggs and mix with mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and garlic salt. Add to sausage. Unroll crescent rolls and press perforations together to make 3 large rectangles. Divide mixture into 3's. Spread over each rectangle crescent. Roll up. Lightly beat remaining egg and brush over each roll. Bake 30-40 minutes or till golden brown.
