Ingredients
- 12 ea Granny Smith apples, peeled cored and quartered
- 6 ea red pepper, seeded and quartered
- 2 ea onions, peeled and quartered
- 1 pt cider vinegar
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tps salt
- 1/4 c Applejack brandy
- 1 tps mint
- 1/2 c Almonds

Step 1
1. In a food processor pulse all ingredients together 8 – 10 times till rough chopped
2. Heat to a boil and follow canning process
