These can be prepared ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator up to two hours before baking. Baked appetizers can be wrapped in foil and refrigerated, then reheated in foil at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 teaspoons oregano
- 8 brown-and-serve sausage links

Step 1
Separate dough into four rectangles; press performations to seal. Brush each with butter. Combine cheese and oregano and sprinkle over dough. Cut each rectangle crosswise to form two squares. Place a sausage link on each square and roll up. Cut each roll into three or four pieces and secure each with a wooden pick. Place cut-side-down on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 24 to 32 hot appetizers.
