Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons favorite hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup favorite barbecue sauce
  • 4 Sister Schubert's Dinner Yeast Rolls or 6 Sister Schubert's Parker House Style Rolls, torn into small pieces
  • 1 pound ground turkey meat
  • 1/2 pound ground white turkey meat
  • 3 Italian turkey sausages, meat removed from casing
  • Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly mist a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, hot sauce and barbecue sauce; add breadcrumbs and mix well. Add three types of meat and mix well to incorporate.

Pack mixture into prepared loaf pan and tap pan several times on surface to remove any air pockets.

Bake 30 minutes. Whisk together ketchup and barbecue sauce for glaze. Spoon glaze over top of meatloaf and return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes until juices run clear. Serve warm.
