Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 – 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1-cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 1 tsp basil
- 4 cups (8 oz.) Country Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 1-cup salad dressing
- 1 ½ cup (6 oz.) grated parmesan
- 4 eggs, beaten (may leave yolks out)
- 1-cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat; drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; tender. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
Combine noodles and parsley; toss lightly.
Combine salad dressing, 1 cup cheese, eggs and milk. Mix well. Layer noodles, salad dressing mixture and meat in 9” X 13” baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, for 25 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
