- 1 10oz 1 10oz 10oz can rotel diced tomatoes
- 16 16 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated [ about 4 cups]
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 40 the beef mixture among the pepper halves. cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- to foil and sprinkle cheese on top. return to oven
