Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bulk sausage
- 2 cps shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can (10 and 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cp sour cream
- 1 carton (8 oz) french onion dip
- 1 cp chopped onion
- 1/4 cp chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cp chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook sausage over med. heat until no longer pink., drain on paper towels. In a large bowl, combine 1 and 3/4 cups cheese and the next seven ingred. . Fold in potatoes.
Spread half into a greased shallow 3 qt. baking dish. Top with sausage, then with remaining potatoe mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. Uncover and bake 10 min. longer
