Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

• 8 slices of stale bread (2 c crutons)
• 2 lbs sharp cheese, grated
• 2 1/2 c milk
• paprika
• salt & pepper
• 1 onion, minced
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 tsp worcheshire
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1 lb pork sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Mix all other ingredients and pour over cheese. Top with sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
