CUT MEAT INTO BITE SIZE CHUNKS AND LIGHTLY FRY IN OIL AND REMOVE SAUTE CHOPPED ONION IN OIL THEN ADD TOMATO PASTE, PAPRIKAS, MEAT, SALT, PEPPER AND WINE; JUST COVER MEAT WITH WATER AND SIMMER FOR 1 ½ HOURS DICE APPLE AND MIX SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM, FLOUR, LIME JUICE AND ORANGE ZEST AD TO MEAT MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL IT BOILS SERVE WITH DUMPLINGS OR POTATOES
