Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 8 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 8oz tub cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 10oz cans cream of mushroom
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 white wine
  • 1 5oz can crab
  • 1 lb frozen cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup medium cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté butter & onion in a pan on medium heat.
Add cottage and cream cheeses, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread half over cooked noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine in a bowl and then stir in seafood. Spoon half seafood mixture over cheese layer. Repeat.
Sprinkle with parmesan and bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes.
Top with cheddar and brown about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Let sit at least 10 minutes before cutting.
