Buffalo Turkey Meatballs w/ Goat Cheese Center

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach, chopped finely
  • Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, to taste
  • 4 oz container of goat cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredient together in a large bowl.

Pat into medium-sized balls.

Stick a small hunk of goat cheese in the middle of each ball.

Place on a baking sheet wrapped in foil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
