Buffalo Turkey Meatballs w/ Goat Cheese Center
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, chopped into small pieces
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach, chopped finely
- Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, to taste
- 4 oz container of goat cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredient together in a large bowl.
Pat into medium-sized balls.
Stick a small hunk of goat cheese in the middle of each ball.
Place on a baking sheet wrapped in foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
