Ingredients
- 2 prepared 8 inch pastry shells
- 6 tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 C white vinegar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place sliced apples in large bowl. In a small bowl, combine sugar,cinnamon, and flour. Cut half of butter into small pieces and add to apples. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Pour apples into pastry lined shell Dot apples with rest of butter.
Place second pastry on top.
Bake 45-55 minutes. Cut steam vents in top cruse.
