Ingredients
- Left over roast
- Left over juice from roast (or can of beef broth)
- Finely chopped potatoes
- Finely chopped onions
- (NOTE: About 1/3 of each but more potatoes and onions than meat) 2 T of oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion in oil until not raw and crunchy
Add potatoes and let cook for awhile
Add meat
Add juice or beef broth (a little at a time)
Cover and Simmer; add juice as required or necessary.
