Pork Chops with Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 (6oz) box of long grain and wild rice
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 6 lean pork chops (boneless)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom or celery soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Servings 4

Preparation

Step 1

Combine rice and water in 2 1/2 quart casserole

Salt and Pepper pork chops to taste

Arrange on top of rice mixture.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Combine soup and milk.

When casserole is done, pour soup mixture over casserole.

Return to oven, uncovered and bake until soup is bubbly.
