Ingredients
- 4 soft french or sourdough rolls
- Olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. cranberry relish
- 8 oz. cooked sliced (leftover) turkey
- 2 oz. thin sliced ham or prosciutto
- 8 oz. sliced cheese, mozzarella or provolone

Step 1
Split rools horizontally, and lightly brush cut sides of rolls with olive oil. Spread cranberry relish on bottom halves of rolls. Layer turkey, ham, and cheese on rolls. Place tops of rolls on filling.
Place sandwiches on on panini grill for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are crisp.
