Preparation

Step 1

Place roast beef into the insert of your slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients, except buns. Pour over roast beef and set the timer for your slow cooker. (4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low)

Once roast beef has cooked, remove balsamic roast beef from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Using two forks, pull roast beef apart.

Ladle ¼ – ½ cup of the juices over roast beef.

Using a fat separator, separate fat from juices made while cooking balsamic roast beef. Pour juice into individual dipping bowls.
Distribute desired amount of meat into buns, serve with dipping juices on the side. Serve warm.
