Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed with a fork)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 heaping tspn baking soda
  • 1/4 tspn (pinch) sea salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup honey
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients first then add the oil and eggs and other ingredients and mix.
Fold in pecans
Pour the batter into a (coconut oil) sprayed loaf pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
