- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 small bottle ketchup
- 2 T. worchestershire
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 cup water

cook roast on stove in water till shreds.. stir other ingredients 45 min..shred meat and pour sauce over
