Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/4 of a green pepper
• 1/2 of a small onion
• 4 saltines
• 1 slice of bread
• 1 egg
• salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and form into 7 meatballs and brown in a skillet. Transfer meatballs to a baking dish. Combine 1 small can of tomato paste and 1 small can of tomato sauce with a little water. Pour over meatballs and bake at 375° for about an hour.
