Ingredients

  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk (must be in fridge for at least 8 hours)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Do not shake can of coconut milk.
Turn can upside down and open. Drain thin liquid.
Put thick cream and add sugar and vanilla into a chilled bowl.
Mix with chilled beaters for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
