  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. beer
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour
  • Cracker crumbs, ground fine

Step 1

Mix eggs, beer, milk and salt. Dip mushrooms in eggs, roll in flour, dip in eggs. Roll in crumbs. Deep fry until brown and crusty. Serve with white horseradish sauce.
