Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked Spiral Pasta
  • 2 Large Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 C. Green Pepper-chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 16 oz Imitation Crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/2 C. Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1 /2 tsp dried Basil
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded Chedder Cheese

Step 1

Cook Pasta. In a skillet, saute onions, mushrooms, green pepper & garlic in butter until crisp tender. Remove from the heat. Drain pasta; add to vegetable mixture. Stir in the crab, sour cream, salt & basil. Transfer to 2 greased 8 x 8 baking pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover & freeze.

IF FROZEN: Thaw in fridge overnite. Remove from fridge 30 min prior to baking. Bake covered at 350` for 60 minutes.
