Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak or chuck (cut in cubes)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Details
Cooking time 150mins
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in butter.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Blend soup and sour cream.
Mix well with meat mixture.
Put in covered oven casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
Stir well before serving.
Serve overe rice or noodles.
I do not use garlic salt nor do I use quite that much butter.
