Ingredients

  • 4 (6oz) bone-in center-cut pork chops (~ 3/4" thick)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1-1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Step 1

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan.

Add the wine, honey, and mustard to pan; bring to a boil, and cook 3 minutes.

Add the pork; reduce heat, and simmer mixture for 12 minutes, turning the pork after 6 minutes.
