Ingredients

  • 8-12 (large hot dog size) Italian Sausage Links
  • 3 medium size Peppers (Can use Different Colors or just Bell)
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 6oz Cans of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot, boil Sausage for 30 minutes. Place Sausage in Crock Pot. Cover with Chopped peppers, chopped Onion, Garlic, and Tomato Paste. Cook on high for 5-6 hours then stir in sugar and salt and pepper. Continue to cook for another 2 hours and stir occasionally.

Serve over noodles or hoagie bun
