Marinade for Lamb or other Meat

Ingredients
- Recipe Based on 4-6 lb boneless leg of lamb
- 1/2 onion
- 4 peeled cloves garlic
- 2 TBSP fresh rosemary or 1 TBSP dried
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP olive oil
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Put in food processor and chop until very well combined.
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and put with meat in 1 gallon freezer bag. Marinade in fridge for 1-2 hours.
