Marinade for Lamb or other Meat

Ingredients

  • Recipe Based on 4-6 lb boneless leg of lamb
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 peeled cloves garlic
  • 2 TBSP fresh rosemary or 1 TBSP dried
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put in food processor and chop until very well combined.

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and put with meat in 1 gallon freezer bag. Marinade in fridge for 1-2 hours.
