Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash ground black pepper
- 1 can (6oz) crabmeat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely sliced

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor blender, combine the first 9 ingredients (through pepper). Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the crabmeat and green onion. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight before serving.
