Ingredients
- 1 1/2 PDS GROUND BEEF
- 1 TBSP DRIED MINCED ONION
- 1 TBSP SPICY BROWN MUSTARD
- 3/4 TSP GARLIC SALT
- 1/2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 12 SMALL ROUND DINNER OR POTATO ROLLS
- 12 THIN SLICES OF CHEESE (CHEDDAR OR PEPPER JACK)
- 1 LARGE PLUM TOMATO

Step 1
HEAT GAS GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER THE GROUND BEEF, DRIED ONION, MUSTARD, GARLIC SALT, ITALIAN SEASONING AND BLACK PEPPER. MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
SHAPE SEASONED BEEF INTO 12 SMALL PATTIES
TRANSFER HAMBURGER PATTIES TO THE GRILL AND COOK 4 MINUTES. FLIP AND COOK 4 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. TOP BURGERS WITH CHEESE. GRILL UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
