Ingredients

  • 2 * 2 bunches romaine hearts, torn
  • 1/4 * 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 * 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 4-1/2 * 4-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 * 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * Dash cayenne pepper

Step 1

* In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, mushrooms, and onions. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, cream, sugar, tarragon, salt and cayenne. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Yield: 4-6 servings.
