Healthy Chicken Breasts

This came from Weight watchers magazine and is amazing. I make half for weeknights, but it's also a great company dish.

Ingredients
- 2 T Chopped rosemary
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon zest or lemon juice
- 3/4 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t crushed red papper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar

Servings 6
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except vinegar in a small bowl. Rub on both sides of chicken until well covered. Cover with foil and back 30 minutes at 350. Increase temperature to 425. Drizzle with vinegar and return to oven for 10 additional minutes.
