1) TRIM EXCESSIVE FAT FROM MEAT AND CUT INTO 2 INCH CHUNKS PLACE INTO CROCK POT,
2) POUR PICKLES OVER MEAT, ADD TOMATOES, ONION, GARLIC AND MUSTARD, STIR AND COOK ON LOW 8 TO 10 HOURS
