Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed dream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup parsley/seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 2-qt casserole.

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook celery, onion and mushrooms until vegetables are tender, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in soup and lliquid; mix well.

In large bowl, combine bread, parsley and seasoning. Pour mixture over bread; toss to mix well. Turn into prepared casserole.

Bake at 350, 45 minutes or until golden.

Makes 8 servings.
