Brian's Butter-Fish

Delicious Grilled Soy-Lemon Seafood. Use seabass and taste's just like Roy's version - but much better:)

Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs Worcestershire
- 1 tbs minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper (Tony’s)
- 2 lbs sea bass, halibut or any filet

Preparation
Step 1
1) In a shallow dish, stir together butter, soy,
lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire, ginger,
garlic and pepper/tony’s.
2. Rinse fish, pat dry and add to soy mixture.
Cover and marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Turn fish several times.
3. Remove fish from marinade and drain briefly
(reserve marinade). Grill or sautee fish - pan
sauteed, basting with reserved marinade is
preferred method. About 3 minutes per side.
