Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup worchester sauce
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 3-4 tbs brown sugar
- Mix well over low heat allow to cool before adding meat.
- Marinade for 1-2 days.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients well.
choose and slice the meat you will be jerking into thin strips.
marinade in the sauce at lest over night and up to 48 hours at room temp. remove meat from marinade and dry via food dryer, oven method etc.. to your desired constancy.
