Ingredients
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp mild chill powder
- 450 g / 1 lb extra lean minced beef
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g can red kidney beans, drained
- any variety of rice (to serve)

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and heat on high for 3-5 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Serve with rice.
