Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 16-oz package frozen red/green peppers & onions
  • 1/2 lbs sausage
  • 1 c. rice
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. half -n-half
  • May use fresh peppers and onions.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat veggies. Add sausage and cook

Drain fat.

Add rice, broth and one cup of water.

Cook until rice is done.

Add the one cup of half-n-half.
