Ingredients
- 8 two-ounce wafer thin boneless center pork chops
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, cut into thin strips
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub both sides of pork with thyme, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Remove pork from skillet.
2. Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the same skillet for four minutes or until crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and cook two minutes. Drizzle with vinegar.
