Stuffed Mushrooms (Terry Suhre)

Ingredients

• 2 packages fresh mushrooms
• 1 pound sausage
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
• 1/3 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix sausage, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and italian seasoning. Fill mushrooms with sausage mixture. Put on cookie sheet and put under broiler until brown, about 10-15 minutes. Can freeze until ready to use.
