Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 shallots
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (32 ounces)
- Course slat & pepper
- 16 ounces pasta
- 1/2 cup heavey cream
- 20 leaves basil, shredded or torn
- Crusty Bread

Step 1
Heat a large skillet over moderate haet add oil, butter, garlic and shallots. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. add chicken stock, tomatoes. Brin sauce to a bubblr, and reduce heat to simmer. Season with salt and pepper. While sauce simmers, cooki pasts in salted water until cooked. When pasts is done, stir cream into sauce, when sauce returns to a bubble, remove it from heat, drain pasta, toss with suace and basilo leaves.
