STIR IN BEEF COOK ABOUT 5 MINS - STIR IN TOMATOES AND BREAK DOWN ABOUT 1 - 2 MINS.
STIR BEEF MIXTURE ,3/4 CUP CHEDDAR,PARSLEY,
LEMON JUICE INTO RICE AND SEASON WITH SALT,PEPPER
