Ingredients

  • 1 can Artichoke hearts - chopped
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Place in covered container and let set overnight in refrigerator.

Before baking, place in glass pie plate and sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in oven at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.

Serve warm with Tortilla chips.
