- 3 CUPS LONG GRAINED RICE(BETTER IF COOKED
- NIGHT BEFORE 3 C RICE/6 C WATER)
- 1/2 BAG LARGE FROZEN SHRIMP(THAWED)MORE IF
- YOU LIKE
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 BAG FROZEN PEAS/ CARROTS(THAWED)
- 2 EGGS, SCRAMBLED AND CHOPPED
- 3-4 SQUIRTS LEMON JUICE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 3 LARGE SCOOPS OF BUTTER
- LACHOY SOY SAUCE
- VEGETABLE OIL

Preparation
Step 1
COVER BOTTOM OF LARGE SKILLET WITH VEGETABLE
OIL AND HEAT UP.
ADD RICE, SHRIMP, ONION, EGGS, BUTTER, LEMON
JUICE, PEAS AND CARROTS, AND SALT AND
PEPPER TO TASTE.
CONTINUALLY STIR ALL TOGETHER AND COOK FOR
7 MINUTES.THEN ADD SOY SAUCE UNTIL ALL RICE
IS LIGHT BROWN.REMOVE FROM HEAT.
