Bleu Cheese and Tuscan Herb Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 10-12 button mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 2 teaspoons Fiore Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 3 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Place on a pan and bake 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the cheese and olive oil. Chop fresh parsley, oregano and basil. Mix herbs with the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drain excess liquid from the mushrooms and pan. Stuff each mushroom with about 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of the filling. Return to the oven and bake 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
