cup chopped onion or shallots
cup drt red wine or balsamic vinegar
pkg. Knorr Gravy Classics Au Jus Gravy Mix
boneless steaks, grilled, broiled or pan-friend to desired donenesss.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium high heat and cook mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until mushrooms start to brown. Stir in wine and Au Jus Gravy Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally 6 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve sauce over steaks.
